I don’t know about the U.K.But in some parts of America, it’s against the law to run out of beer, that early in the day. ( the sun’s still up )Always have an EMERGENCY backup cooler full of ice cold beer.
There was an article about NYC preparing for Hurricane Irene. It said that there was plenty of water in the grocery stores, but the liquor stores were running out of booze.
