I recently spent the night at Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge, outside of Eureka Springs, AR. TCWR is the home of over a hundred large cats – tigers, lions, cougar, bobcat, etc., as well as a number of bears and other wonderful animals. You get NO sleep due to the nocturnal conversations being held by the residents, but it’s one of the greatest experiences I’ve ever had! Truly “What music they make”_!
reminds me of the scene in “my cousin vinney” when they’re out in the mddle of nowhere & that owl screech’s… he comes out with a pistol & shoots blindly into the darkeness ;-D
