What’s up with this clown in the strip??

They are always finishing each others….Breakfast.Lunch.Dinner.Desserts.Snacks.

Is that couch starting to “sag” a bit in the middle??

All we need is Junior Sample sitting on the other end of the couch and we will have The Culhanes.

That clown is from the velvet art collection, sold at the corner gas station.

That’s a big mouse, if that is a mouse.

Just tell Dale to zip it.

Marrying Burl or Joy is a sentence — one that few would want to finish.

Grog, I…um… well…. I sure hope your second comment doesn’t follow from your first.

If it does, you’re looking at a different “mouse”….. and way too much of Dale.

That’s nothing.I often finish my own sentences.But sometimes I find that

“Small brain, warm heart.” Worn proudly. His heart temperature must be about the same as the sunward side of Mercury.

What’s under the end table next to Micky…..Is that a spittoon…?

@Leaky, the clown painting and tree painting are probably meant to represent the bad art that people like the Pennys hang in their homes-some even like that guy who does the “pretty” landscapes (name illudes me for the moment).Cute that Joy holds out a pinky while eating a Ho-Ho (or whatever), but I don’t see a plate of them for others to share. And the funniest thing is that while Joy considered what they did “connecting”, Dale’s spouse considered it “interupting”.
