I’ve been marinating baby back ribs in a dry rub all night. Sometime around noon, we’ll fire up the smoker, and let them go for about 5 or 6 hours. YUM..I’ll be making enough for the whole Village, so ……come on by!
Many years ago I decided never to read Andy Capp. Although I don’t think of myself as “politically correct,” (I think a p.c. person is someone who thinks bad thoughts but won’t express them because they’re “not in style”) I don’t see any humor in a man who lets his wife do all the lugging while he hangs out in a bar and flirts with other women.
ML you make my mouth water. I normally do ribs myself but opted to bake a ham instead. Question: Do you make your own rub or use a commercial one? I’ve done both but like the ones I concoct better.Arye: I agree with you on the PC thing, I see nothing correct about it. I was taught to treat others with the same respect that I expected them to give to me which is more sincere then just being PC.LS welcome. This is a friendly place to visit and share with others.
