The very small print on the bottom of his sign:“By reading this you have given me temporary control of your mind.”[Saw it on a T-shirt once about 6 years ago.]
Heard an funny analogy about the state of the world economy on the BBC the other day – there’s a body on the kitchen floor, covered in blood and completely dead. In Britain, they cover the body with a sheet and try to avoid stepping in the mess. In Germany, they put it in the bathtub and mop up the gore as best they can. In the US, they put the body in a chair at the kitchen table, pour it a cup of coffee and ask what kind of day it’s having. It’s funny because it’s true…
Hey! On ABC world news just now, they said, “Frugal is the new chic.” Who knew my husband, Old Frugal F#@%, was a trend setter ?!? And of course, all Michiganiacs are saying, " Sh!t, I’ve known that for ten years!"
When I see what has been done to the SEC, I am convinced you could install a dynamo in Willowwild cemetery and power Fannin County off of Sam Rayburn spinning in his grave.

Americans knew we had to quit being energy wasters in the ‘70s. We did nothing. We knew we had to clean up our act in the 80s. We did nothing. We know we have to do all these different things and right now. WE’RE DOING NOTHING! Oh, I give up! For once I’m actually glad my doctors don’t expect me to live past 40 (ten more years of life left). I won’t have that much longer and I’m sure there are some on GoComics that will be glad that my big mouth is shut permanently.

The economy is broken because an elephant sat on it, the elephant is now trying to defecate on it.

How bad is it? Well, I wouldn’t stand so close to the building. Someone may jump off a ledge and land on him…….
