Naw, for long sermons, they have another glass cabinet filled will silly string canisters.
I’ve known a few preacher who wouldn’t dare do that, as it would get used right away on them.
“In case of questions, break out threats of fire and brimstone.”
How can anyone sleep through a sermon like that? Those preachers scream out their message regarding fire and brimstone!
The worst are the ones who lapse into monotone until everyone’s asleep then scream out a mass rude awakening. The effect can be gauged by the number of “Amen!”s it draws.
It’s the fatuous look on his face that really stirs up the angry mob.
