The artist on that “How to Wow a Woman” ad obviously didn’t use this device. The perspective on her “assets,” both of which appear to be in front of his left arm, is all wrong.
Well, I found out that the movie was “Broadway Rhythm (1944)”, and Ginny Simms was one of the stars. All of the pictures of Ginny Simms that I could find sure look a lot like her.If you search YouTube for “Ginny Simms”, there are a number of videos, and the one’s that I’ve watched look like the same person too.Try the video at http://youtu.be/4rxm3L6AFWc for starters.

Good choice, guys. Here on FA, we tend to shoot the messengers. If Vlad doesn’t do unspeakable things to them first..

How does that song go…O La Paloma Blanca… ?
Shucks. I just looked up a translation, and it’s a dove, not an owl. All my life I thought it was a song about an owl. Now what am I going to do?

I must be demented. I thought those were two pairs of fenceposts with, you know, eyes and beaks. That could talk.

It’s just two polititians disguised as paper bag owls. You don’t have to fear them.

That “Solid Potato Salad” thing provided a fine example of why I’ve always hated musicals.
