Yeah. Emanuel even had to make the teachers actually teach the students a full day. They calculated earlier this year that a k-12 student in Chicago was in school 3 years less than a k-12 student in Houston, TX. He gave the teachers a 2% raise to compensate for actually making them live up to their contracts and they told him to stick it.
I do believe it, because it’s true; Gibbon noticed it over two hundred years ago. Although it’s more their investment than their spending that creates jobs.However, I’m not in a market for a bridge. Try the Department of Interior.
