One of the contestants on The Biggest Loser has a nickname for his paunch, and his trainer was all over him about it when he found out. Why? Because making a joke out of it is a way of accepting it, and he’s on the ranch to get rid of it.
If his gut is named Pauncho, I don’t want to know what he named Cisco. ;-)
