Anyone else old enough to remember when you saw test patterns on TV all the time? The networks also used to put a logo before shows that told you the broadcast was in “living” color. Panel 3 reminds me of the NBC peacock.
Any test pattern would be preferable to any Kardashian.
Yes TV used to have USF and VHF or something like that, one of those had major networks and PBS, the other had channels that were difficult to tune in and there was one I used to watch -foreign films with subtitles that I had to watch with a slow roll so I could read the subtitles.
