A DIL worked for Avon (at home in IL) and was offered a job in India – to train locals on the phone work. She refused, but too many people must be doing that. My CAD drafting is also being done on the cheap in other countries, so although I understand all the process and language involved, they prefer to hire people who do not and just have “redos” when they make all the design mistakes. That is OK with many companies until products fall apart ;-(
