    This really struck a chord with me, but then I went off on a tangent. Tough arc to follow, circular logic. Put out an APB with a large radius. The folks at HQ are gonna think we R square.

    Ancient Judaism had the right idea. They set up two or three cities they called "Sanctuary of Refuge. As long as a Crook stayed in these cities they were safe. Let them leave and they could be hunted down and killed. I think they were smarter than we are.
