Thanksgiving was 3 weeks ago. You American’s are so behind in everything! :P.Mind, that just gives us Canadians a chance to go back to pre-thanksgiving weight for several weeks while you gain now, and all through December. :D
Morning most wonderful group of ‘friends’ called the crew.

Thanksgiving has annual tradition in the United States since 1863, but Canadians didn’t have their first Thanksgiving until the second Monday of October 1957. Wiki says America has about a 94 YEAR lead on Thanksgiving. So ends today’s history lesson.

I am the Grandmother, so I must order the turkey. I love the T.Day. My birthday is the day after, this year. Many years on the Day. Always bake a Burnt Sugar birthday cake for myself, just like my Mother did!

@mrJimChecking Wiki next paragraph says Canada has been celebrating Thanksgiving since 1578 – not 1957 when a bored parliament made a proclamation. Maybe another history lesson is in order – lol.
