yes, follow the TeaParty example. Bring a few guns to your rallies. Threaten our national leaders with “2nd Amendment” solutions (ala Giffords) and get a faux news network to sponsor you against your economic interests. Eeezy Peezy.

Ummmm – let’s see – because our college education cost us $30,000 or more but the jobs that are out there pay $30,000 or less?

Nobody seems to get it…the college education we got for affordable rates…and insisted everybody had to have…had been goosed into an ongoing price war…gotta have the college, the price went up…and up…and up…and the profiteers shipped the jobs o’seas…the amount of greed in this culture, by aggregate, is enough to swoon a rabid bat…

While your wages stayed same…you now NEED a huge monthly bill for a phone, a car, movies, and your ‘education’just to set you up in life…as a slave. Don’t worry: your phone company will tell you that you’re a ruler and will give you apps to distract you from thinking about how you’ve been bent over.

You can easily replace the car bought in ‘75 for 7 grand with one for 21 grand, BUT your wages are the SAME…so you’re a slave, working…if you’re lucky…so you can GO to work.

Pretty funny. We’ll get back to you on that… bringing the guillotines. Kill ’em with kindness…get to the head of the matter.

    JUSTICE. GOTP delenda est…

I bet that happens within two years, any takers?

@DOSQueen—no one held a gun to your head and forced you to take out a huge loan to get a degree that’s completely worthless…you borrowed the money, you gotta pay it back…stop whining, and grow up…it’s called personal responsibility…

What group-think psychology makes someone so eager to be part of the 99%? The worst of the 99% want to eliminate the 1% and melt into the 100%.

They specifically did NOT allow the owners of Zucotti Park to clean it up last month. Plus, I don’t recall hearing reports of violence against police, rapes, or similar attacks at Tea Party rallies.

I don’t mind paying back my student loans and have every intention of doing so. I just think an interest rate of 7.9% on government loans is highway robbery. I shudder to think what my friends who got private loans are paying. I don’t want loan forgiveness, just a lower interest, say maybe 2-3%. I really don’t think such a request qualifies as socialist or asking for a handout.

Government-funded teachers told you to get a college degree, but they didn’t specify what kind of college degree to get. We have so watered down the value of degrees by handing out so many worthless ones in useless fields, while at the same time bulking up our universities with “administrators” that the cost has risen at 4 times the rate of inflation (and 2x the rate of health care). Of course, subsidized student loans are a big cause of this.

Night-Gaunt has put his/her (though I’d bet he’s a he) finger on the fundamental issue. S/He is a collectivist who only thinks of groups. So without group-think there’d be no civilization? THAT is the best statement of group-think I’ve ever seen.
