I don’t understand why so many people who detest Lila keep reading a comic strip in which she is the main character?

@MirandaN — Because I read comic strips for entertainment. Lila, contemptible though she is, is entertaining. I would never want to be around someone like her in real life, but it’s amusing to watch her safely within a comic strip.

Although I dislike mice, I enjoy Mickey Mouse cartoons. Go figure.

I think Miranda needs to grow up. No one said anything about detesting Lila. Like real life, we can be disappointed in certain aspects of a person.
