Then agian, if it's a matter of superfluous definition and not wanton duplication, maybe that makes it a pleonasm. For stalling. I hate vocabulary tests.

I have a pretty fair vocabulary, and I had to remind myself what a pleonasm is.

I think Caulfield must hate vocabulary tests because they’re too easy.
