Is that Justin writing the comic in plate mail? You know that explains a lot. :P

I get a big kick out of this when you put yourself in the comic, Justin. It’s thinking “out of the box”. No…. wait…. thinking yourself in the box….?

Correct for modern usage, in 19th Century usage “mail” or “maille” referred to any metal body armor.

Besides, any D&D fan is used to calling it “plate mail” by now, accurate or not.

Maybe you should sell Mythtickle cards for the holidays! I’m sure those of us who would buy them also have friends who would “get” them.

If I’m not mistaken ther is ate armor and then there is plate mail armor. That appears to be true plate armor, I think.

Justin; thanks for letting us know where to get it. Amazon says it isn’t available. Better to get it right from the source.

If this is a classic mythtickle, then I guess the “Occupy Go Comics” sign is a new addition?

Some of you have commented on the last panel. Well uh,… I think Merlin might have used the Go-Yo last night and popped back in time to write that.

The internet is wonderful. My wife sells specialty books mailorder to places all over the world from her home office. Our local PBS classical music station (KUSC) also has streaming audio on the net and receives donations from listeners in Singapore, Australia, and many other distant places.
