The Born Loser by Art & Chip Sansom Brutus: I love this time of the year! Brutus: Nature's lessons are on display everywhere! You can learn so much about life just by observing! Brutus: For example, watch that squirrel over there - see how hard he is working to gather nuts... Brutus: Even though he already has more than he can possibly eat today. Brutus: He keeps working because he knows it's going to be a long winter and he will eventually need those excess nuts! Brutus: Do you understand? Tell me what lesson you can learn from that squirrel. Wilberforce: That I should go buy a bunch of nuts to eat in February?

I don’t know… you’ve been scarfing down and running off with all the peanuts that I have been putting out on my porch for the birds.

I have a large pin oak in my front yard and the squirrels have feast with the little acorns that drop. Problem is, I have been trying for the 19 years I’ve been here to get the gang to celan up the mess that;s left when they get done. Guess who still is doing cleanup duty?
