I’m hearing Sean Connery as well. In fact, I think he’d make a pretty good Santa. As for the Q branch part of things, just look at the sleigh in The Santa Clause for some ideas.

Not much, just had a a Hogswart graduate apply heating, cooling (for the Southern Hemisphere) expansion and lightening charms, upgrade the runners to Firebolt standards, and install a Timeturner and Pepperup dispenser to permit Santa to cram 240 hours of deliveries into 24 hours.
