I went hunting with the “Meteorite Men” last August. We hunted in a place that had a lot of “hot rocks”: terrestrial rocks with a lot of iron. They constantly registered on the metal detectors. At one point I thought to myself, “Wow this is a great location!” Two days later, I had no meteorites. HA! So, this one is a tiny bit autobiographical. :-)
