haha :) good one, makes you think differently about the painting. and indeed monty python comes to mind. incidentally, i think rabbits have a so calleddry bite, not much chance of getting rabies from a rabbit or rat. [/lecture mode]
Thanks for this strip. I too have added it to my collection. I looked over some of the past ones. After reading the one from November 24 with the Harry Potter reference, it appears this strip will not be featured in any family paper any time soon. I love this type of humor.
dbarnes et al; I discovered it the other day when the update came so late, and I read a bunch of the older ones. I also added it to my other 31 dailies.

Sensational strip Steve. Added to my collection. Commiserations on having the same sense of humour as me and a number of people like me. Great stuff

Two rabbits were being chased by a pack of dogs. One rabbit turned to the other and said, “Quick! Into the barn and let’s outnumber them!”

And lest we forget, let’s hope Miss Emily doesn’t pick up any bad habits from her familiarity with these critters; she looks so innocent!

Was this the Prequel to “Night of the Lepus”. I’m not sure if those bunnies were rabid or not but they did develope a taste for human flesh!
