I only see UK news on my Yahoo Page, and if it were not for that I would not have heard of the passing of my favorite director (Ken Russell). He does not seem to have merited ANY mention on the US news, in spite of a monumental body of great work. I mentioned it as my status item on FB that day. He was just 10 years older than I ;-(
