I lived in London, and I live in Toronto now … but between that, I lived in Huron County … aka Tornado Alley and Snow Belt. One January, we got 4 feet of snow, in around 28 hours, and school was still on. Here in Toronto, if they get 10 inches, they close schools.Toronto (and most other big cities…) are full of wusses! L
