Gaijinrabbit, there are numerous Lotus 7 reproduction kit cars on the market, many of which are designed to use inexpensive parts from inexpensive donor vehicles. Owning one may not be nearly as out of reach as you might think. Just please build yours with a rollover bar.
A poem I composed long ago. (Can be sung to the tune of “Love is Blue” by Frank Sinatra)
Blue, blue, my dingydoo is blue,
My dingydoo is blue because of you.

Re the 1920S blog post, it took me a bit to be sure her scabbard wasn’t coming out of somewhere else.JohnnyDiego, Heresy! But not the best, I’ll admit.For the other discussion here, I’ve always wanted a Lotus 7. The Prisoner definitely exacerbated that.
The picture titled “Hercules” looks more like Atlas to me…..Also, I like the way Teresa highlights her own words in red, like some versions of the bible do with the words of Jesus. Next she’ll be walking on water and fraternizing with unsorted types. Maybe she can cure my Stendhal Syndrome, Although I doubt she can do anything about my rampant Pica disorder.
Thank you for clarifying so eloquently that pillorying Hitler and his evil cronies does not minimize the horror of the holocaust or disrespect the memory of those who died.

The original imagery of Hitler dancing a jig was edited from a film shot in June 1940 after the French surrendered. Hitler was filmed as he stomped a foot in glee. A film editor cropped and looped the shot to make him seem to dance. (That wasn’t as elaborate as the Crazy Legs Hitler on the blog, but its subtlety made it more effective at the time.)
Hitler was lampooned quite often in wartime movies; this one is still fondly recalled:
