I’m really digging the winged car on the blog. It appears to be a second generation AMC Matador.

I had no idea the Hive had a written manual of Ritual prescribing the way to membership as a Bee in good standing. It sounds, however, very much like the procedures for joining a fraternity. Which came first, the hive or the brotherhood?

I think the Mysterious TEEresa quoted the Order of the Bees Initiation Ritual because she liked the first line.

Wait. If the Senator is 3,500 years old, it couldn’t have been the oldest tree in America – because at 4,841 years old, Methuselah, the ancient bristlecone pine in California, is the oldest known non-clonal organism on Earth…

As a counterpoint to the blog squirrel, here’s one stretched out on our deck railing in the heat.If there was a squirrel out there now, it’d look more like the one on the blog — it’s snowing. And that picture is actually twice that size, shrunk with HTML to fit here.

“If I can help it…” haven’t exactly found the means to deal with the 1% nor the political parasites which currently infest the body politic…however there are 99% of us working on just THAT. Beware, robbers with your smoke screens…
