Doesn’t “market” price imply that you are paying the same as the restaurant did when it bought the food? If that was so, how would it be making a profit?
Its hard to buy gasoline from closed refineries; closed because Atlantic and Gulf coast refineries are operating at a $2.25/bbl loss due to $100 plus price of imported crude. Gas prices are too low to cope, so watch out this summer. Pointy heads nix safe drilling and pipelines, cause they have no clues. Harvest that Washington hot air.
Come on, kids. The Keystone Pipeline Comedy is a done deal. And yes, along with the oil we will get fructed. In more ways than you can probably think of now. And we’ll keep driving…probably the economy as we know it…totally based on oil…will be “good” again for a few years. Maybe as long as twenty…but NO problem gets solved forever, especially those based on limited resources…
So you are saying the profit margin remains the same even though the station raised their prices 15 cents over night without a tanker showing up and putting that higher priced gasoline into their underground storage? Also, is the station still making that profit after giving me my 10, 20, or even 30 cents per gallon discount earned from my grocery purchases or credit card use?
“And two there to take him!”(Actually, it was not reliable ol’ “PT” that said it but, instead, was his competitor David Hannum who was complaining about the gullible people paying to see PT’s fake copy of the the “Cardiff Giant” instead of paying to see Hannum’s AUTHENTIC fake Cardiff Giant in 1869.
