At a staff meeting, once a colleague stood up and suggested we form a committee to discuss a certain problem. I sent her crashing by suggesting we just discuss the problem while we’re here. The problem sorted itself out.
That sounds about right.
Kind of like where I work. The people in charge of cutting the fat out of the budget ARE the fat in the budget.
