Everyone else in the race, including Obama, is a fanatical warmongerer who wants the federal government to exercise absolute, arbitrary power over our society and all persons in it, but Ron Paul is the “extreme” one. For not supporting totalitarianism or imperialism or military aggression.
When people call Ron Paul “extreme”, or “radical”, that tells me a lot more about them than about him.
I’d say since we are running a pretty extreme deficit, that extreme measures are needed just to try and nudge this country back in the right direction.
