I know a short poem about Jack & Jill, $1.25 & $2.50 & water… If I submit it I will end up in the same boat that Mabrndt just got out of. Suffice it to say that it is a very nice painting and looks like something out of early Americana.

He’s the local childcare expert, and he’s telling her how NOT to bath the baby.

So, we now might surmise, a good pair of hiking shoes could’ve saved them.

I’ve a question about this classic old nursery rhyme.and the illustrations that normally depict it … have any of you ever seen a well on top of a hill? I lived on a farm the first 18 years of my life and saw many, many wells … not one of them was on top of a hill.
