I love this! I may not be a wrestling fan, but this is fun and a good story.

I can see the strap coming down now…. Thundercarriage is so gonna get it.

Jerry just happened to have a wrestling outfit on underneath his, um, weird uniform?

It looks like the Mole is down! And the King comes out of retirement to save the day!I should have seen it coming. It makes more sense than the Mole beating Thunderchild. Still, I hope the Mole is the one who finishes Thunderchild off, winning the match before Tracy hauls Thud’s sorry hide off to jail!(And no, I’m honestly not a wrestling fan. Do love this story, though!)

Ohh! The King called Thunderbaby a jabroni! This ain’t goin’ to be pretty, DT fans!

Next week will be a real smack down.

I had to look up Jabroni. Owie! Yeah, I was rooting for the Mole to thrash his hash. But this is a good wrestling “script.” Whatever happens, he’s going to jail, even if the whole force has to pile on him! Go get’em, Boys!

Can’t wait to see how this finishes up.

@flightsuit Actually, Jerry Lawler (still a regular each week on WWE Raw) does almost always have his gear on underneath a t-shirt. If you see him walk to the ring, he’s many times not wearing any trousers! Just the leotards of his wrestling attire!

A “Shoot” is a Interview or a Match that is not scripted. The wrestlers can say or do anything and usually shows their true feelings toward eachother.

Woohoo! I called it yesterday:

Wow, this is good. If Lawler, er, I mean “King” is wearing tights with a single shoulder strap under that jacket, I will have EVEN MORE respect for our new Tracy team. And that’s saying something – the mad respect I have for them now is already off the charts!Now if he performs his signature Piledriver, that will just be icing on the cake!Mike and Joe, you ROCK!

The only issue I have with this, is you never hear anyone use the term “jabroni”, except for The Rock. Still, this is an amazing story and one of my all-time favourites.

Tracy makes my local paper.

The reason you have never heard anyone use ‘jabroni’ beside the Rock is that it used to be an insider term; jargon to describe what is now called ‘enhancement talent.’ Lawler used the term a few times as a heel in the early seventies. Of course in the kayfabe world of that time, I thought it was something insulting Lawler had thought up. Oh, the joy of the Internet.

I like how the scene of the mole being hurled is shown from a different perspective than in Saturday’s comic.
