Ya know, I was about to post a comment, but it was political, and I thought, “Why ruin a good joke?”

Not me. this time. lol

well let me see … there was three politicians talking to St. Peter at the pearly gates … no … that is totally improbable…

Politicians are always calling each other stinky and booger brained in different words.

We may have used up all of the political ranting, over on Doonesbury, this week.

You can be outraged and apathetic (I’m annoyed and I don’t care) but you can’t be apathetic and outraged (I don’t care and .. aw the hell with it).

My boot up her buttressed unworthy opinion. Amazing. A child who could barely babble two yhears ago thinks her opinions are now worth something…hie her to a nunnery, for sure.

OK, let me try this….a metaphor for the introduction of “Eve” into the garden of Eden?…No? Yeah, I didn’t think so either…Best to not stir up sexual politics….Doh!

So even if Dems and Repubs agree to be outraged about the same thing, they still can’t reach common ground because of who they are? Sounds about right…no wonder 2/3 just don’t care anymore. THERE! There’s your political comment! Now everyone else just move along, there’s nothing to see here…

I think Danae’s final line defines my response to outraged politicians. Can’t wait to use it when I get the next “Aren’t you outraged by…” political call.

The difference is when I was a kid if a little girl said this about boys her teacher would just smile, knowing hormonal changes would give a new outlook. Today the teacher is likely to say – Right on sister. They are pigs.

I think every voter ought to have a lapel button that states, " my apathy trumps your outrage!"

You spoke too soon. There’s always some bleep bringing up politics.

Either Danae’s statements will become ironic when she falls head over heals for that boy in high school or they’ll be prophetic when she falls head over heals for a girl at a feminist rally in high school.

Apathy ALWAYS trumps outrage. Now what ever happened to those Occupy folks….?

Ahhhh, come on, now. Danae is doing what she does best: understand nothing, but comment anyway.

So anyone wanna start a betting pool on when Danae and Jeffrey tie the knot?

Now Danae what really is dis outrage stuff? Ha can’t be so without particulars. Things just don’t work that way and giving your boy friend a bad time due to being a really sore head is not being outraged; that simply being a brat.

Wait a minute. If her apathy cancels out Jefferey’s rage, does that mean someone else’s apathy cancels out Danae’s outrage?

bagbalm, I’ve been teaching since the 70’s. You can’t be from this planet. If you’ve heard anyone on this planet say something like that and you believe it, you’re an idiot, or you have to accept the fact that you’ve been duped…….Go ahead, argue with yourself…we’ll wait…

What? No takers on the sexual politics? Even though it’s all over the news that Republicans are going to outlaw women next year? Dang, I don’t know if I should thank you folks, or be outraged!
