Petey puns! And reads Steig instead of Little Neuro? And Alice leaves Polyfill behind? Clearly, Mo has given us an Alternate Universe of Cul de Sac….

I babysat a kid one day who had chickenpox. We had lots of fun by making dot-to-dot creations with calamine lotion. The little girl just about cried with giggles just like Alice when I did her rib area!

How does Alice react when Mom applies Vicks Vap-O-Rub?

This artist makes Alice look much older. Sigh. It just is not the same.

BTW, I find it interesting to see other artist’s take on Cul de Sac. Kinda like improvised Jazz, featuring talented musicians riffing on a familiar theme. Never the less, it will be great to see RT returning to the composers chair!

“Topical” refers to the ointment being applied externally, and also means timely or up to date, like news.

What scares ME is that Petey makes sense here. Maybe it’s just my allergies.

The characters look like themselves, the humor is funny … I think today’s strip was great! As were the first 4 comments …
