Katy; Daddy, did you see my medal? Adam; I did, honey. It's wonderful. Katy; It's my first medal, and I'm going to give it to you. Adam; Oh, honey. Thank you. Laura; Sweetie, you are such a nice little girl. Adam; And I've never seen a grizzly bear on skates before. Katy; It reminded me of daddy before his coffee in the morning. Adam; Rooaarr!

I’m not a coffee drinker. I get either 6, or 7.5 hours sleep, and when I wake up, I’m as chirpy as a red robin returned after migration. Science has proven, that when you sleep, you sleep in 90 minute ‘blocks’, and “wake up” between them (not fully awake). THUS, if you go to bed at 9pm, and wake up at 5am, you’re waking yourself up mid-way between a block, and during N-REM (Non-REM) sleep, which is the restorative deep sleep. This is very bad for your body, and it takes more to wake you up. However, if, you get up at 4.5, 6, 7.5, or 9 hours, you’d feel more rested and more relaxed. .Try it one night. Go to bed 7 hours and 45 minutes before you’re supposed to wake up (it takes between 7-15 minutes to fall asleep). If after 7 hours, you’re not more rested, add 10 minutes, and try again the next night.
