Burl is totally unclear on the concept of hot meals and semi-annual affection. Although no one should be surprised at the number of people who disguise cheap spirits. I thought everybody knew the Pennys had developed this into an art form. They don’t even buy the expensive container for whatever, They scrounge through dumpsters for them and buy the fillings from the dollar store or Big Lots.Good morning to all. Leaky, speaking of spirits, etc, are there enough groceries, libations and purveyors of commercial affection in NOLA for tomorrow?

I’m not really health-conscious, but I really do not like spam in any way, shape or form. I do not like it in a sandwich, I do not like it fried with eggs, I do not like it cold on a plate, I do not like it any way. I do not like spam.

The Find-It is a “Finger Nail”. I can barely find a finger on this group.

Terrible- everyone was being funny and I went off-line (and with all the gin and windchimes). I was on 3 different bird cams with chats and must have overloaded as I keep the PC on (a total of 6 tabs here and 2 other windows to see at the same time).

I need to refill my glass and feed Fitzroy (just finished watching the PBS special on Tomashefskys- (a keeper, although I’m not Jewish)

I fed my little bird and he’s at a max weight of 320 gms (very good) but my weight was up at 124 in AM :-(I had a light supper today of figs w mozz and proscuitto and a pear with watercress, so I expect to be lighter tomorrow

You must be the exception rather thN the rule of Cajun country.

I was surprised to see that noone commented on Burl’s storage of his snacks with his gym clothes (not that it is strange for these folks).

One of hese days I’ll get to Baton Rouge, but there’s plenty to drink and plenty of Cajun/Creole to eat in N’Orleans.

Since then, I’ve been twice in April while living in Dallas. I want to visit again as an American Citiizen.

I prefer Phoenix weather. Our summers are hot (so I only go out early in AM to do garden stuff and after dark for swimming) but this time of year is marvelous (any spring and fall). I only swim when the water reaches 90 or so-nice.

No problem with the water.
