And games have been delayed or even called on the count of rain, but once the the game has started, it’s in the crew chief of the Umpires’ hands.

    Good Morning, Crew!

Well if the forecast is right, that’s what it will look like here by this evening! Sigh! Oh well, or two days after a lovely winter, I won’t complain, and we need the rain desperately.

    Good Sunday Morning Crew!

I agree. Why should we avoid this strip just because there are some annoying characters? Sounds a lot like life anyway…Hello Crew

Let ‘em drown in the rain!Toronto’s Sky Dome (renamed Rogers Centre) is the oldest functional retractable roof in the world. It’s also the first fully retractable and is still the coolest thing to see open or close. :D

N.B. Ellis-Don – a London, Ontario Company – build the Sky Dome. THUS it goes to show you, if you want quality engineering, buy Ontario!!! :D

It gives you a focus gmartin Nothing wrong with that. All in good fun.

If not, I’ll send you some mice to have something to complain about in real life. :-)

I like the Sky Dome name too. The Roger’s Centre just confuses tourist and GPS systems whose owners don’t know the name has been changed. I redirected one such tourist from the north end of the city because his GPS said that the Sky Dome was up there.
