The chances of THAT are remote.A guy’s idea of that suggestion is to flip through them all a few times to decide.

He’d have to turn in his man card if he did that.

It’s gotten to the point that most of what’s on TV is remakes of other shows (who many vampire/zombie shows are on right now?) that it takes a while to find something worth watching. At least, that’s what hubby tells me.

it has gotten that what is shown on “family hours/primetime” for TV, is NOT fit to have kids as young as thirteen in the room.

Unlike so many kitten-like male characters in comic strips, we can always depend on Arlo to man up.

I rarely watch TV but I do DVR a few shows and yes, I like the vampire/zombie/medival shows. Walking Dead, True Blood, Game of Thrones. A few comedies like Parks&Rec, Daily Show, Two Broke Girls. My husband says almost all the TV other than his Discovery Channel, NGC, SpeedTV, NFL network is crap. I have to agree.

Like a lot of stereotypes, this one ignores the fact that on many occasions individuals act contrary to the stereotypes. For instance, there are many times when my wife is the one flipping channels. And we don’t even have cable or satellite to provide the huge number of choices.

I was reaching for the remote to shut it off so I could read.

Yup, gotta watch those stereotypes. I’m a guy, and my idea of how to go to a place in any city is to drive to that city and ask directions…Otherwise I’d have to figure it out myself! It’s so much easier….

I miss the variety shows and sitcoms of the 60s and 70s. Remember all them?
