Samuel Guy Inman was an American missionary in Mexico (evidently bringing Christianity to the heathen Catholics). He was a leading opponent of efforts to intervene in Mexico, and probably kept us out of a war for Mexican oil. Things have not changed much in the past century . . . (well, okay, these days Secretary fall wouldn’t go to prison. Fox News would hire him.)

After one knee replacement and one more to go (within the next few years), I marvel at the “contortionist”. It’s hard to imagine how that could be humanly possible. I wonder if she will have any joint problems in her later years…..?

Personally, I prefer Nurse Pepper.

@Teresa: With regard to Diet Dr. Pepper, I finally discovered a good use for a dishwasher, which doesn’t clean dishes very well at all.

where can i get my loaf of bunny bread?(i kinda like rabbits.)

I don’t drink any pop, but I do like a non-carbonated beverage called Sanbitter, which tastes somewhat like Campari without the alcohol.

I love Dr Pepper but my carbonated caffeine delivery beverage of choice is Diet Dew.

So glad to see the Doctor promoted to Surgeon General after all these years as my second-favorite soft drink!
