There, there Bucky. What is going on here?

I’m hoping this might be leading up to something showing that it’s Bucky, not Satch, whose deck is missing a few key cards (or planks, depending on how you look at it).

In this part of the country, Bucky would be saying, “Bless your heart…!”

New a guy once that had a stereotypical blonde working at the office. A number of the other guys used to call her quarterdeck because she wasn’t even playing with half a deck. When she asked him why they would call her that, he had to think quick and said it was because they thought she was built like a ship. “oh, that’s nice” was her reply…

The strip is from 2010… yet I don’t remember ever seeing Bucky being compassionate.

Oooohhhhh . . . I remember this storyline now.
