Well, you know, the title is “C’est la vie”! Or, as we might say, Irony Is Fundamental!

It’s funny how Mona’s efforts to control the situation always seem to push it further out of control. She was making an effort to get her life together, now it looks like things might spiral out of control again. Lucas hasn’t said yet where he might be moving to. JB tends to lean towards unpredictable and often anti-Hollywood outcomes to her plot lines. So we shall see what happens next.

If only I didn’t know this was a comic strip. It may play out like an anime, but it’s still a comic strip, which means nothing must change for fear that the average comic strip reader will get confused and frustrated that their form of entertainment is closer to real life than they want it to. So Lucas is not moving.

Poor little tsundere. Still can’t spit it out even after all her anger has gone.

But they broke the rule in “Frasier”, for instance, by allowing Niles to get it together wiih Daphne? And that after ten or eleven years of dithering! Nothing’s written in stone. I just hope Jen keeps confounding our guesses – more power to her!

Oh, and I had to look up what a tsundere was. Spare we ignorant pople with little or no interest in Japanese cartoon styles….

    http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/Tsundere

“person who masks feelings of love with an outward show ofhostility or anger, or who denies emotional need by pushing away or disenchantiung those who care for them”.

hmm. Can’t help feeling there’s a lot more to Mona that that, although possibly accurate up to a point…
