Morning, Vagabonds! First one here this morning. I worked till noon yesterday cleaning the mildew off the vinyl siding on the house and got so hot and tired I had to quit without the job being finished.

Buenos días: Take a look at the webcam link below. The Northeast U.S. may have Lakes Superior, Michigan, Huron, Erie, and Ontario…but today my SE Fla. area can boast of the biggest “Great Lake” of all – Lake Atlantic. Barely a ripple…this occurs only rarely & usually only in summer & when the wind is from the west. LAKE ATLANTIC

Good morning Vagabonds. Another beautiful day in Paradise (or at least nearby). Slim, our Friday temp was also 107. At least it was on my back patio in the shade. I forgot to look yesterday, got all caught up in World of Warcraft with my husband.

Dkram & David – enjoy your conferences. My dad used to be a lay delegate to the one in Southern CA. I’m not sure he ever really enjoyed them, but he was very faithful in attending every year, even up into his 80’s. He was 84 when he attended his last one.

    Good Morning, Everyone,

Enjoyed that webcam, Florchi! What a calm sea!!! Very unusual, I gather.

It’s supposed to get all the way up to 77 today, and then cool off in the afternoon with a thunder shower or two. :))))

Greenhouse garden is doing really well, but the outside garden still has no sprouts on the seeds. I think that snow had something to do with that. We’ll see.

P.S. to my earlier post (webcam): Surf picked up later in the day due to a change in the wind conditions – so the water was no longer as calm as it was earlier.
