How would the same shirt, tucked in, show the crack? The crack shows when your shirt is too short to cover it, or when it’s only tucked in at the sides and front while it’s riding up in back.

@SusanSunshine and @Ned Snipes – of course you are right the first time, but after several squats, the sides and front of the pants keep holding the back a little higher each time. The untucked shirt falls back to the starting point (unless it’s too tight, which is another issue).

Hmm… good point, but I always tuck in my over-sized shirts (easy access to pants pockets… plus less chance of “southern exposure”).
