He figures if he crawls long enough, eventually he’ll bump into it.

A man under a street light on his hands and knees is looking for something. Another man walks up and asks what it was. A contact lens. Where was it? Somewhere beyond the street light. Why is he looking under a street light anyway? The light is better.

Good night’s sleep…….Nah, not Flo. She will worry about the bum and be up waiting for him, than act like she’s mad. Been there, done that.

That will be paradise for Flo.

Any chance you could stay out for the rest of the week, Andy?

    I’m here quite a lot.

“Yada Yada La Scala” is a track from “Mythical Kings and Iguanas” about a couple who talk a lot but never say anything. The last line is: “Talk to me, please, in bed where it matters”.

Not that I’m suggesting you to talk to me in bed (too tired) – it’s just your use of “Yada yada”.

Ah, a “Stranger in a Strange Land” fan. Got a bit disillusioned with Heinlein because he seemed to be too militaristic. But then I was a sixties person. Good stories, though.

I did miss Saturday and Sunday ’cos of family commitments. The other half committed me to trips with the in-laws and all their brats. Like zoos, but kids should be banned.
