Did anybody tell Dean it takes a support staff with 15 clean, pressed, white shirts on standby for “James Bond” to maintain the cool, unruffled air in the multiple takes required to get a 45 second scene in the can?
I believe James Bond wore a bow tie in “Casino Royale.” And yes, whenever he wore a dinner jacket. Essentially anything that’s considered “evening dress” calls for a bow tie.You go, Dean! Bow ties are professional yet simple. Highly practical compared to four-in-hand ties, which can actually be a hazard on some types of jobs. Four-in-hands end up in the soup, get blown in your face, and just get in the way. Bow ties allow a man to be dressed without being stuffy. Dressy, practical, and functional are what bow ties are. Hurray for Dean – and for Bond!

when it’s cold, I wear my Hawaii-themed shirts to think warm. sadly, I don’t have an Alaska-themed shirt to think cold when it’s hot

You can’t wear a bow tie and be taken seriously. Look at Bozo the Clown, PeeWee Herman, and Louis Farakhan.

Should have gone with “Trust me, I’m the Doctor” Then he could have worn a fez as well
