Right on cue, my brother-in-law came around the corner with a buddy of his spewing like a longshoreman. If my sister caught the connection, she didn’t say anything while I was there. Didn’t even react. And I’d know her husband as long as she had; he grew up just up the street from where my sister and I grew up.
