Simple. There are only 4 things in life worth talking about.Sex, Religion, Politics, and Food.Somehow discussions of the first 3 become the flames that make the fourth one so delicious.
I’d reprogram that bot with an axe if I were you. First, what he’s saying is a patent lie. Second, Bucky the Robot is cuter and less annoying, even if he is just a bucket on a coat rack.
I have a theory that all bread types are equally healthy. Everyone disparages white bread, but if you go with the sawdust tasting whole grain stuff, you have to lather so much butter on it to make it edible that you might as well just have gone for white bread.
I’ve found a plant-based, whole foods diet to be quite tasty actually. It’s hard to follow when eating out, but simple to follow at home, very tasty, extremely healthy, and cheaper (especially when factoring in future savings in doctor bills), with the added bonuses of being better for the environment and critters.
Thanks to everybody yesterday regarding my sci-fi enquiry. Unfortunately none of the answers were led to finding the story I was looking for. Thanks anyway.
I’m reminded of Dave Barry’s take on calories, which, he says, are units that measure how good food tastes, such that chocolate cake has a great many calories whereas celery, which isn’t a food at all but a member of the plywood family, has none.

The donut people aren’t bad, and they taste good.

Perhaps Nutrition-Bot likes the taste of castor oil and he’s right that it’s bad for us.

I’m going to assume Broccolli & Spinach are delicious so it would be best to avoid them.

Berries taste good, and are amazingly nutritious.

Old, overused joke. I like too many allegedly nutritious foods to appreciate it.
