No you didn’t. A comment was misconstrued. If anything, I thought I’d offended you.Not to worry. It’s summer. Its hot. A lot of people are going through a lot of changes or are under a lot of pressure. We are all touch touchy or a tad testy ( take your pick ).As for me,Je suis fatigué, et je vais au lit. Je vais vous parler dans quelques heures.

Andy’s luck isn’t always that bad…

When I first read this strip, about 1970, Andy sang songs from WW 2 era and earlier. Time passes.

Johnny Cash has always been my favorite singer, since I was 5 years old. (Now I’m mumble mumble…….) Nice to see Andy likes him, too. Although I personally would rather that his second song would be “Raindrops Keep Falling On My Head”, which seems to have a note of the ol’ Andy defiance in it. (Now I have to go watch “Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid”……….)

I would HATE to hear Andy singing…

But I must admit… He has GOT be better than me!

When I lived there, it seemed everyone had a racing greyhound, that they’d hoped would become the new Master McGraw. The dogs were treated better than the rest of the family and ate better,too.

Glad I humoured you with the ‘Up On The Roof’ song. I thought to myself ‘That would be perfect for Gweedo’ LOL.

Sorry about the water damage. Are the gutter people coming on Monday? I hope that job gets done quickly like the roof. Fingers crossed!

You’d be surprised just how much of Scotland is unoccupied. We English (well, the powers that be) saw to that in the Highland Clearances..It’s a beautiful part of the UK. If you get the chance, go there and don’t be put off by talks of drunken Scotsmen. After all, a lot of the original US settlers came from Scotland..I know you follow a vegan diet but Scottish beef is so much better than English.

I get the impression that some of your roof was asbestos. If so, you’re better off without it..I only hope it was properly disposed of.

I love Billy Connoly. I have a VHS tape of his “World Tour of Scotland”, which I cant play until I get it transferred to DVD.
