What is this magic material? Where can I get some?
but they do lose it.
They still lose it. Mylar balloons usually start to become visibly less inflated after a fortnight or so; after that it’s anyone’s guess
My daughter has had her birthday balloons floating for months. I eventually had to “kill” them.
What’s scarey is you can normally have them refilled too. Worked a floral shop for a few years and after any big holiday any Mylar that didn’t sell would have straws inserted to squeeze out the air and stored for the next year.
