@AndiJ – It’s hard not to laugh when you get a call from a “Thomas Baker” or “John Wilson” and can barely understand him through the accent. It’s harder not to get P.O.‘d when you call for tech support and you know the guy you’re talking to is reading out of a manual, or is 8000 miles from the parts warehouse you need something from.

Oh, you don’t need a camera to know you’re talking to a call center in India, trust me you’ll just know. The accent is unmistakable!

Take a picture of yourself taking a call and paste it in front of the camera…………………….
