Still working on the teeny bikini weenie" TJ: "The little bits of olive for the bikini keep falling off. I've tried honey, barbecue sauce..." Ann: "This sort of thing NEVER came up in business school"

Kids will probably trash all of those decorations.

Ketchup is a bit thicker in consistency and might hold the olives on.

Details, details. The idea is in place, now to work out the details.

she actually went to business school? I think she must have skipped a LOT of classes

Say what you will. But the decorations look sharp. Another thing, TJ is a gourmet chef. So his food creations will be good as well. Possibly excepting that bikini weenie. :-)

It’s a trap to make Miss Eiffel look bad. I hope so anyway.

She should have gone to “none of your” business school.

TJ is working a primo con here! I can’t believe how he’s got Ms. Eiffel doing his bidding at every turn! —She’s headed for a big, big fall!

Well… it’s the comics. In real life, of course, TJ would long since have been regarded as a troublemaker and let go.

I don’t think the author understands how fast food chains are run or managed at all. This isn’t a privately owned joint; I’m pretty sure upper management doesn’t allow cashiers to randomly redesign and rework the menus at one of their restaurants without approval. This isn’t about squashing creativity, but about protecting the brand, keeping the company from being sued, addressing safety issues, etc. If Ann doesn’t know this (and hasn’t fired TJ by now for his multiple transgressions in the past), then she really shouldn’t be a manager at all. But I guess if this particular strip reflected reality at all, it wouldn’t be “funny,” if you can call it funny in the first place. I just call it lazy writing. You can make something funny while still having at least somewhat based in reality.

Great idea TJ…too bad you waited until the last couple weeks of summer to implement it.

Do some of you people have no idea to enjoy a comic strip?

Reading the Wikipedia description of TJ, we learn his father went to prison, got out, left TJ a large bank account, and then fled the country. Sounds like the money is illegal, and TJ’s account will be found & reclaimed by his father’s victim. Then TJ will actually NEED his job at WW. Oh, won’t AE have fun with him then!

Keep up the good work, TJ, keep up the good work.

There’s an OMG sexual innuendo on Zits today between teenagers Jeremy and GF Sara. Me thinks Greg has been taking lessons from Jeremy and Sara.

Late August seems like an odd time to start a summer promotion, and the idea of putting bikinis on hot dogs is, as is par for the course here, icky and borderline disturbing, but let’s hope that once he’s humiliated Ann Eiffel again, Greg can finally let go of whatever rejection he’s getting revenge for. Get some help, Greg.

His original idea was to bug Ann. His drive to succeed seems to be contrary to his original plan. Although, his ability to always be right seems to drive Ann crazy.
SoItBegins~ over 12 years ago
So that’s his plan— to bankrupt her!

If EIFFEL’s defense (never thought I’d ever do this either), how can any school applying [logical judgment] foresee TJ?Neither could any school applying value judgment, which is also part of sound reasoning. There’s just no accounting for crazy. :))

So she’s letting him call her “Annie” now? Oh these two are practically between the sheets!

Everyone keeps wanting Ann to get fired and for TJ to take her place as manager. Personally, I’d like Ann to get fired and Mrs. Degroot decide to get a job out of the house now that Brad moved out and Luann’s old enough to not require constant supervision. Then Nancy Degroot can be Weenie-World’s hot new manager! TJ wouldn’t be gettin’ away with all this if THAT happened!
Snoopy_Fan over 12 years ago
Don’t worry, TJ… The teenagers will LOVE the bikinis falling off…

@Gwendo:Even if it was a franchisee it still cant be done without the idea and materials came from the company itself.
