Actually, in the final episode of ALF the government did capture ALF presumably to experiment on him.
Apparently someone didn’t see the last episode of Alf.Or “Earth Girls are Easy”(how do I know this?!!)
So after all this time, Earth just had to play hard to get and then the aliens were finally interested. Someone should actually make “The Successful Planet That Doesn’t Need You” and see what happens _ Heehee
Also, I love that first panel – I should start saying “I withdraw the question” in real life conversation XD
